Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. If your order contains pre-ordered items, your full order will ship when the pre-order becomes available. 

Once dispatched, your order should arrive in the approximate timescales:

Domestic - Under 1lbs: 
US Economy Shipping (3-8 days)

Domestic - Over 1lbs: 
US Economy Shipping (3-8 days)

International - For All Weight:
Standard Shipping (6-10 days)

Outlying Islands - For All Weight:
Standard (3-5 days)

Note that LitherBase is not responsible for any customs or import charges on orders outside of the US.

Return

Please include your name, email address and order number and submit the inquiry on the contact page.

Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions.Items purchased from litherbaseshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Also, please note that returns are currently not free and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay for return shipping charges on items purchased from us. We strongly recommend that all returns be sent by registered mail as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund

All returns returned within 14 days will be refunded to the original payment method. Upon written notice and proof of return to LitherBase within 14 days of arrival, we will issue a refund within 14 days.
