Please include your name, email address and order number on the contact page. Once you have submitted your request, we will contact you within 24 hours with return instructions. Items purchased from litherbaseshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Also, please note that returns are currently not free and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay for return shipping charges on items purchased from us. We strongly recommend that all returns be sent by registered mail as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

You'll get a notification emails with the tracking code from our warehouse once the orders has shipped. 

To find details about your shipments, sign in to your LitherBase Account and open your order. If you checked out as a guest, please email us with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

If you don't receive your order: Contact our support within 10 calendar days from your latest expected delivery estimate. To find your missing package, you must follow up at the shipping address you provided. If you’re still unable to locate the package, contact our support within 10 days of delivery.
