Items purchased from litherbaseshop.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Also, please note that returns are currently not free and it is the customer's sole responsibility to pay for return shipping charges on items purchased from us. We strongly recommend that all returns be sent by registered mail as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
